This page will deal with the lighter moments of training which also plays an essential role in karate-do. To me - Karate must be balanced, ie. Yin and Yang ( Ju & Go). Hard training in the dojo must be complemented with the softer moments.
The following Quiz deals with Ashihara Karate in particular. Included is the ranking if you can complete it in under 10 minutes. If you take longer than 30 minutes - then you should study your syllabus and vocabulary list.
